NorthEast Extracts specializes in transforming raw cannabis plants into usable products, such as extracts, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and more. Our process meets the strictest cGMP and FDA standards including internal testing to validate cannabinoid potency.

Working with Cultivators Post-Harvest
Following harvest, NorthEast Extracts can work with cultivators to assist with drying and curing of plant material. This step is critical in reducing moisture content to preserve cannabinoids and terpines along with improving the overall quality of the flower.

Trimming
Our proprietary trimming techniques and equipment focuses on worker safety and plant quality, ensuring the best product for the consumer.

Extraction:
NorthEast Extracts primarily uses high-output supercritical CO2 extraction yielding the cleanest oil. Other processes are also available including solvent-based (hydrocarbon or ethanol) extraction. Post-extraction purification and refinement removes impurities, undesired compounds, and residual solvents. These steps ensure that the final product meets quality and safety standards.

Infusion and Formulation
In the creation of edibles, topicals, and other products, cannabis extracts are infused into carrier substances. This allows for precise dosing and the creation of a wide range of cannabis-infused products. NorthEast Extracts production team has decades of experience creating unique products and flavors including chocolates, gummies, candies, and vapes.

Testing
Rigorous external testing is conducted to assess the potency, purity, and safety of the final product. This may involve laboratory testing for cannabinoids, terpenes, residual solvents, pesticides, and contaminants.

Packaging and Labeling
Once professed and tested, cannabis products are packaged and labeled in compliance with New York regulations. Proper packaging helps preserve each product’s freshness and ensures accurate information for the end-consumer.
